
Sarah Ramos
Sarah Ramos is an actress known for her roles on TV shows such as American Dreams and Parenthood. Her interest in acting developed at a young age when she trained at Center Stage L.A. She graduated from Columbia University in 2015, earning a bachelor’s degree in creative writing while pursuing her acting career.
Ramos began her career appearing in commercials as a child before she landed her breakout role as Patty Pryor in the NBC drama series American Dreams from 2002 to 2005. Her portrayal of Patty earned her critical acclaim and multiple award nominations.
In 2010, Ramos landed the role of Haddie Braverman on the NBC series Parenthood, which she starred on until its end in 2015. She later made appearances on shows like Scrubs, Runaway, City Girl, Law & Order and Wizards of Waverly Place. On the big screen, she’s starred in films such as Babylon (2022), Crossword (2024) and The Napa Boys (2025).
In 2023, she appeared on The Bear, sharing the screen with Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri. In 2025, she became a series regular on Chicago Med as Dr. Caitlin Lenox.
In 2020, Ramos married director and writer Matt Spicer. The couple have collaborated on numerous projects together.
