Christina Milian started her music career with her 2001 self-titled debut album. In 2002, she performed the theme song “Call Me, Beep Me!” for Disney Channel’s series Kim Possible. Milian went on to release albums It’s About Time in 2004 and So Amazin’ in 2006, as well as the single “Us Against the World” in 2008.

Milian starred in films including Love Don’t Cost a Thing (2003), Be Cool (2005), Pulse (2006) and Bring It On: Fight to the Finish (2009). The singer starred alongside Ashley Benson and Chad Michael Murray in the ABC original Christmas Cupid (2010) and played Vanessa on Fox’s Grandfathered with John Stamos.

Milian was previously linked to Nick Cannon, Andre Lyon and Lil Wayne. Milian married musician The-Dream in September 2009. Days after eloping, the couple announced they were expecting their first baby. The pair separated three months later before Milian gave birth to their daughter, Violet Madison Nash, in February 2010. The exes finalized their divorce in 2011.

Milian started dating James “Jas” Prince Jr. in September 2010. The pair announced their engagement in April 2013 but called it quits in 2014. Milian and French singer Matt Pokora welcomed their first son together, Isaiah, in January 2020. By the end of the year, the couple tied the knot and announced they were expecting a second baby. The spouses welcomed their second son, Kenna, in April 2021.
