
Emilie De Ravin
Emilie de Ravin is an Australian actress best known for her roles on The WB’s Roswell and ABC’s Once Upon A Time. De Ravin got her start studying ballet as a teenager before pivoting to acting and attending Australia’s National Institute of Dramatic Arts.
De Ravin began her acting career with a minor recurring role on the 1999 fantasy series BeastMaster before joining the cast of The WB’s Roswell in 2000, which served as her introduction to Hollywood.
In 2004, de Ravin was cast as Claire Littleton in the ABC drama Lost, where she remained for four seasons. The show was highly acclaimed and helped propel the actress to the mainstream. She went on to appear in films such as Operation: Endgame and Love and Other Troubles before her return to the ABC network in 2012. The actress signed on to the hit fantasy series Once Upon A Time as Belle Gold. She remained a principal cast member until the show’s end in 2018.
In 2025, she was cast in the TV movie The Reluctant Royal.
She married actor Josh Janowicz in 2003; the couple separated in 2013. She went on to tie the knot with director Eric Bilitch in 2016, and the couple share three children: Vera Audrey (born in 2016), Theodore Kubrick (born in 2018) and Alice Enid (born in 2023).
