Kylie Minogue

Kylie Minogue is an Australian actress, singer, and songwriter. She is known best for her decades-long music career.

Minogue began her career starring in the Australian soap opera Neighbours from 1985 to 1987. Following her time on the drama, Minogue transitioned to music. She released her debut album, Kylie, in 1988. Since then, she has released numerous LPs, including Rhythm of Love, Light Years and X. In 2000, Minogue dropped one of her most successful songs, “Can’t Get You Out of My Head,” and she proved was still a hitmaker 23 years later with “Padam Padam.”

While Minogue primarily focused on music throughout her career, she continued to dabble in acting. She’s appeared in several movies including The Delinquents, Street Fighter, Moulin Rouge!, San Andreas and more. Minogue also appeared as a judge on the British and Australian versions of The Voice.

Throughout her career, Minogue has earned a series of accolades including two Grammys plus multiple BRIT Awards and ARIA Music Awards. She’s also been dubbed an Officer of the Order of Australia, Officer of the Order of the British Empire and Chevalier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.

In 2005, Minogue was diagnosed with breast cancer. She completed chemotherapy the following year.

Minogue has been romantically linked to several big names including her former Neighbours costar Jason Donovan, INXS frontman Michael Hutchence, Jean-Claude Van Damme and Olivier Martinez. She was previously engaged to Joshua Sasse, but the pair called it quits in 2017 before walking down the aisle.
