Maggie Q

Maggie Q (born Margaret Quigley) is an actress born in Honolulu, Hawaii. She initially enrolled in college upon graduating from high school, but she paused her studies as she could not afford tuition. Instead, Maggie left Hawaii at 17 to pursue a career in modeling.

At 18, Maggie moved to Hong Kong, and her modeling career quickly picked up steam. She made her big screen debut in the film Gui Ming Mo, and her acting career in Hong Kong began to flourish shortly after. She went on to appear in a multitude of movies in Hong Kong before being invited to star alongside Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible III. She also starred as Tori in the Divergent trilogy.

Maggie has left her mark on TV as well. She led The CW’s action-drama Nikita as the titular heroine from 2010 to 2013 and then as Officer Hannah Well on ABC political drama Designated Survivor from 2016 to 2019.

Maggie was confirmed to be in a relationship with Stalker costar Dylan McDermott in 2014. The couple’s engagement was announced in January 2015, and their split was confirmed in early 2019.
