Tucker Harrington Pillsbury, known professionally as Role Model, is a singer-songwriter and musician. He spent his childhood in Maine and went on to enjoy a brief stint at Point Park University. After enrolling to study film, he began to develop an interest in music and later dropped out of school due to his grades.
The singer began his music career in 2016 using the name Tucker, under which he released his mixtape Since When. He later released his debut EP Arizona in the Summer (2017) under the name Role Model. The EP earned him the attention of the late rapper Mac Miller and led to his first record deal with Interscope Records in 2018.
Role Model’s breakthrough came with his 2020 debut album Our Little Angel, which featured the song “blind.” He went on to release his debut album, Rx, in 2022. The album featured standout tracks such as “forever&more” and “neverletyougo.”
In 2023, he premiered the music video for the song “A Little More Time,” which he directed alongside Emma Chamberlain. The following year, he released his album Kansas Anymore, and put out the deluxe edition, Kansas Anymore (The Longest Goodbye) in 2025.
He joined singer Gracie Abrams on her The Secret of Us tour as the headlining act in 2024.
In 2020, the singer began dating Chamberlain. The couple called it quits in 2023.
