Tyler Posey

Best known for his role as Scott McCall in MTV’s Teen Wolf, Tyler Posey is an actor and musician who previously fronted the band Disappearing Jamie. Making his big-screen debut in 2002’s Collateral Damage opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger, Posey — who auditioned for the role of Twilight’s Jacob, only to lose out to pal Taylor Lautner — later played Jennifer Lopez’s son in Maid in Manhattan.

On TV, the actor’s credits include roles on Doc, Brothers & Sisters, Lincoln Heights, Jane the Virgin and Now Apocalypse. Posey notably starred on Teen Wolf from 2011 to 2017.

After his band Disappearing Jamie broke up in 2013, he played guitar and contributed vocals while a part of the band PVMNTS before leaving in 2019 after less than a year. He then went on to create the musical group Five North with childhood pal Kyle Murphy.

The actor got engaged to longtime girlfriend Seana Gorlick in 2013 but they split the following year after a decade together. He then dated Bella Thorne in 2016 and his Truth or Dare costar Sophia Taylor Ali from 2017 to 2019.

In 2020, he revealed that he’s a member of the LGBTQ community but did not label his sexuality. That same year, Posey shared that he had gotten sober after experiencing a “rough patch.”

Posey tied the knot with singer Phem in 2023, after three years of dating.
