Vanessa Marcil

Born in Indio, California, on October 15, 1968, Vanessa Marcil made a name for herself as a TV star. She landed her first major acting role in 1992 on General Hospital, where she played Brenda Barrett. The part, which she held on-and-off between 1992 and 2015, allowed her to earn three Daytime Emmy Award nominations and a win in 2003 within the Outstanding Supporting Actress category.

A few years into her run on General Hospital, Marcil landed a recurring role on Beverly Hills, 90210 in 1998 as Gina Kincaid. The hit teen drama is where she met her now-ex-fiancé, Brian Austin Green, with whom she shares son Kassius. They welcomed their son in 2002.

Marcil later starred on Las Vegas from 2003 to 2008, and she’s also nabbed several guest-starring roles on shows including Lipstick Jungle and Without a Trace. She has additionally appeared in movies such as Borrowed Moments and My Stepfather’s Secret.

Marcil was also previously married to Corey Feldman from 1989 to 1993 and Carmine Giovinazzo from 2010 to 2013. The actress revealed in 2015 that she is engaged to a deputy sheriff, whom she calls “MC.”
