Jamie Otis

Jamie Otis is a registered nurse, jewelry designer and reality TV personality who got her start within Bachelor Nation.

The New Yorker appeared on season 16 of The Bachelor, which aired in 2012. After being eliminated by Ben Flajnik in the seventh week, she returned to the franchise later that year for season 3 of Bachelor Pad. Otis was paired with David Mallet, but the duo were sent packing in the fourth episode of the spinoff.

Two years later, Otis joined the debut season of Married at First Sight, where she met now-husband Doug Hehner. The twosome tied the knot in March 2014 and welcomed daughter Henley and son Hendrix in August 2017 and May 2020, respectively.

Through social media and her “Hot Marriage, Cool Parents” podcast, Otis has been vocal about her struggles with her relationship and her experience with multiple miscarriages. In May 2021, she and Hehner admitted they were going through a “rough patch,” but continued to give fans a glimpse at how therapy helped them heal.

In March 2024, Otis announced that she is pregnant with twins. She welcomed sons Hawkins and Huxley the following September.
