Paul Rudd got his big break starring opposite Alicia Silverstone in 1995’s Clueless. Rudd went on to appear in the films Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995), Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004), The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005), Knocked Up (2007), This Is 40 (2012) and Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013). He joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe playing Scott Lang (a.k.a. Ant-Man) in 2015’s Ant-Man and reprised the role in 2023’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

Rudd has been the co-owner of Samuel’s Sweet Shop with fellow actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan since 2014, saving the New York candy store from closing after the previous owner unexpectedly died. In 2015, Rudd received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Rudd has been married to screenwriter and producer Julie Yaeger since 2003. They share two children: son Jack (born in 2006) and daughter Darby (born in 2010).
