Chyler Leigh

Chyler Leigh, born Chyler Leigh Potts, is an American actress known for her roles on television and in film.

Leigh’s film debut was in Kickboxing Academy (1997) alongside her brother, Christopher Khayman Lee. Leigh went on to star as Janey Briggs in Not Another Teen Movie (2001), a parody of teen films.

Leigh’s television roles include Dr. Lexie Grey on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy from 2007 to 2012, earning her critical acclaim. Leigh was cast as Alex Danvers in The CW’s Supergirl (2015–2021), where her character’s coming-out story line resonated with many viewers. Leigh started her role as Kat Landry in Hallmark Channel’s The Way Home, alongside Andie MacDowell, in 2023.

Leigh married actor Nathan West in July 2002; the couple has three children: son Noah Wilde (born December 2003) and daughters Taelyn Leigh (born September 2006) and Anniston Kae (born May 2009).
