Kesha
Some have called this pop singer/writer the next Lady Gaga, but that’s only because of her eccentric style — Kesha‘s fashion icon is Keith Richards and she loves to have crazy makeup on her right eye to pay homage to the film The Clockwork Orange. It’s normal to see this girl dressed up in feathers and glitter.
The L.A.-born, Nashville-bred Kesha’s real name is Kesha Rose Sebert and she was born on March 1, 1987.
Kesha rose to fame after releasing the 2009 single “Tik Tok,” but she first sang back up for Paris Hilton and others — a gig she got from a family connection to Hilton’s reality series The Simple Life. Since then, Kesha has offered vocals for Flo Rida‘s song “Right Round” and her debut album Animal has sold over two million copies worldwide.
It was reported in early February 2024 that Kesha signed with Crush Management. In an interview with V Magazine, Kesha shared that she has been writing new music and stated, “There is a day marked on my calendar when I am free to release music.”
