Adrien Brody

Adrien Brody is an Academy Award-winning actor known for his transformative performances. Brody spent his childhood in Queens, New York, he gravitated toward acting at a young age and performed magic shows as a child. He attended LaGuardia High School and later studied at Stony Brook University and Queens College.

Brody began landing roles in the late 1980s, appearing in early projects including Home at Last (1988) and The Thin Red Line (1998). His breakthrough came in 2002 when he starred in The Pianist, directed by Roman Polanski. At 29, he became the youngest actor to win the Academy Award for Best Actor, cementing his status in the mainstream.

Following his Oscar win, Brody starred in films such as The Village (2004), King Kong (2005), The Darjeeling Limited (2007) and Midnight in Paris (2011). On television, he’s landed recurring roles on shows like Peaky Blinders and Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty. In 2024, he led The Brutalist, sharing the screen with Felicity Jones.

Brody has been linked to several high-profile partners over the years, including Elsa Pataky, whom he dated from 2006 to 2009. He briefly moved on with Lara Lieto. In 2020, he entered a long-term relationship with fashion designer Georgina Chapman.
