Josh Bowman

Josh Bowman is an English actor best known for playing Daniel Grayson on the ABC drama Revenge. Born in Berkshire, England, Bowman attended Wellington College before pursuing acting. He briefly played professional rugby but retired at 18 after a shoulder injury. He later trained at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York City.

Bowman began his television career in 2007 with a role on the British series Genie in the House and later appeared on Holby City. He made his U.S. breakthrough in 2011 when he was cast as Daniel Grayson on Revenge, a role he played for the show’s four-season run. He has since appeared in series such as Time After Time, Lore and Our Girl, as well as films including So Undercover (2012), Level Up (2016) and Miranda’s Victim (2023).

Bowman began dating Revenge costar Emily VanCamp in 2011. The couple married in 2018 and later welcomed a daughter named Iris (born 2021).
